About the "OWLS" Program

The Outdoor Wisdom Leadership School (OWLS) is a nonprofit Christ-focused ministry which uses active outdoor challenges and experiences to teach our participants important life skills and communications techniques and thereby equip them to properly interpret life and enable them to share God's love and His awesome plan for our lives with others in a very winsome, non-confrontational way.

Most of the OWLS courses take the form of adventures involving activities such as backpacking, canoeing, rock climbing, rappelling, COPE, mountain biking or whatever the group leaders determine would simultaneously appeal to and challenge their members.
